✅ Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide accurate project and contact details

✅ Orders, Payment & Delivery
1. Custom Orders
Clients must submit clear details (plot size, requirements, location) before plan creation. Based on complexity, a delivery timeframe (usually 3–10 working days) will be given.
2. Payment
- 100% advance is required for most services.
- For large custom projects, 50% advance and 50% on final delivery may apply.
- Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
3. Delivery
Digital files will be sent via:
- Email (PDF, DWG, JPG formats)
- WhatsApp (compressed files if needed)
4. Revisions
- Most plans include 1–2 free revisions.
- Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
- Turnaround for revisions: 2–4 working days.
✅ Intellectual Property
- All designs, drawings, content, and visual assets on the site are copyrighted and owned by Sai Construction Betul.
- Purchase of a plan grants the user a single-use license only.
- Resale, redistribution, or reproduction in any form is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
✅ Client Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy of shared details (e.g., plot size, setbacks, legal constraints).
- Consult local architects or engineers for structural compliance.

We are not liable for issues arising due to incorrect site data or non-compliance with local regulations.
✅ Refund & Cancellation Policy
- No refunds will be issued once a plan is delivered digitally.
- Orders cancelled before work begins may receive a partial refund (admin fees apply).
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once design work has started.
✅ Limitations of Liability
- Sai Construction Betul is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from :
- Rejection of designs by local authorities.
- Faulty construction based on our conceptual plans.
- Natural disasters, soil issues, or execution faults.
- All drawings are design references only and not “as-built” structural blueprints.
- Our plans do not replace signed drawings from a licensed architect/engineer unless stated otherwise.

Digital files may be shared in the following formats :
- PDF / JPG / PNG – viewable by all
- DWG (AutoCAD) – for engineers/contractors
We are not responsible if the client lacks the software to view/print technical formats.
