At Sai Construction Betul, we are committed to providing high-quality digital house plans and design services tailored to your construction needs. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before purchasing any service or downloadable product from our website.
🧾 1. Digital Nature of Products
All our products, including:
- 2D and 3D house plans
- Elevation drawings
- Layout maps
- Interior and Vastu design files
are delivered digitally via email or download link. Once the product has been delivered or downloaded, it cannot be returned like physical goods.
❌ 2. No Returns
Due to the nature of our digital products:
- Returns are not accepted
- Order cancellation is not allowed once a digital file has been created or shared
Please ensure that your requirements are clear before placing an order. You can contact us for clarification or pre-order consultations.
💰 3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds only in the following cases:
- If you are charged twice for the same transaction
- If we fail to deliver the purchased design within the committed time (and no partial files are sent)
- If the delivered product is completely different from what was clearly agreed upon or shown on the website
⚠️ Note: Refunds will not be issued due to:
- “Change of mind after purchase”
- “Incompatibility with local construction rules”
- “Errors due to incorrect user input (plot size, facing, etc.)”
- “Unused or partially used services”
🔁 4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If you’re unhappy with a delivered plan, we may offer limited revisions (free or paid, depending on the package) instead of a refund. Contact us within 3 days of delivery for revision eligibility.
📦 5. Custom Orders
Custom plans (made from scratch) are not eligible for cancellation or refund once work has started. Advance payments made for custom plans are non-refundable.
